Tell me if this sounds familiar:
“Is it this one?”
“Nope! That’s the lights in the hallway.”
“How ’bout this one?”
“Nope!”
“This one??”
“That’s it!”
You’re yelling across the house as one of you flips circuit breakers in the electric panel while the other one watches to see if the right thing went off.
Happens all the time.
That’s because most electric panels have left-handed pencil scribbles so faded they start to look like hieroglyhpics.
We believe an electric panel can be wired and labeled perfectly.
No messy handwriting. No mystery circuits.
The job was a breaker panel upgrade and cleaning, and it looks brand new now. They tracked and tested every line before finishing. (And now the breaker panel labels are easier for me to use, printed in english more than electricianish.)
We carry label makers in our trucks. That means every time an electrician from the Happy Outlet installs a new electric panel – whether in new construction, a panel upgrade, a whole house rewiring, or just adding a sub-panel – every single circuit breaker in that new panel is clearly labeled with a label.
No messy handwriting. No mystery circuits.
We wish we could offer Happy Panel Perfect Labelling to everyone on every visit – alas, it’s actually a really big job, time consuming, and expensive. So almost nobody pays us to just come label their existing panel – and that’s okay!
Just know, if you ever do get a new panel installed it can be labelled perfectly, making everybody who uses it in the future perfectly happy.
